Y2SD2-U Advanced Stepper Driver for Two-Phase Motors
The Y2SD2-U stepper driver is an advanced solution designed for controlling two-phase stepper motors, providing high-precision control and adaptability for various industrial applications. This driver features a TTL serial port for communication, ensuring smooth integration into automation systems. The subdivision tap positions (pulse mode) can also be adjusted via a dial, offering options from 400 to 25,600 steps, with the software allowing any even number between 200 and 51,200 for fine-tuned motor resolution.
In speed mode, the tap position offers values ranging from 0.5 to 10.0 rps, while the software provides a broader range, from 0.01 to 50.0 rps, making it highly adaptable to different operational speeds. This level of flexibility ensures that the Y2SD2-U can be customized for a variety of motor applications, from precise positioning to high-speed operations.
The driver is designed for durability, with an operating temperature range of 0 to +55°C, and is capable of functioning in environments with humidity levels below 90%RH. It is suitable for altitudes up to 1000 meters and is resistant to dust and corrosive gases, although care must be taken to avoid contact with water and oil.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the Y2SD2-U has a dielectric strength of AC1.5KV between ground wires and can endure high-voltage stress for up to one minute. Its IP20 protection grade ensures reliable performance in industrial environments.
