Utilizing a ball screw mechanism (6mm diameter, 1mm pitch), it delivers fine resolutions of ≈0.00218° (full step) and ≈0.00109° (half step). The stage ensures high accuracy with a repetitive positioning precision of ±0.005° and a reverse gap of 0.005°.
