It incorporates a Y07-28D1-3401D-E1000 motor with a 0.7A drive current and a ball screw mechanism (6mm diameter, 1mm pitch). Achieving resolutions of ≈0.0051° (full step) and ≈0.00255° (half step), the stage ensures reliable operation with a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.005° and a reverse gap of 0.005°.
